Refund/Cancellation Policy
At Hipster, we value our customers and strive to provide the best service possible.Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible and accommodating. If you need to cancel an order, you can do so within 2 days of placing it. However, please keep in mind that if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has started, we may not be able to cancel it .If you receive any damaged or defective items, please let our Customer Service team know right away. We will address your request once the merchant has assessed the situation. It's important to report any issues within 2 days of receiving the products. if the refund is approved, it may take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed.
